Nobody communicates - the business makes changes without telling clients. Their parent company, Vensure, has caused our 8000+ employees a lot of issues, including a major pay issue resulting in these employees not receiving their hard-earned checks on time. Their customer service is helpful. They are quick to respond. Their platform is easy to read text and colors. My employer brings in a representative once a year to describe and outline your options. The platform itself isn't very helpful without context from an actual person. It would be advantageous for them to add more help text and maybe like a "did you know" section or just the items that have changed so your focus can be drawn to that.
