**What do you like best about Able by Bullhorn?**

No Data Entry: When a candidate updates their address or phone number on an onboarding form, it automatically updates their record in the Bullhorn ATS.

**What do you dislike about Able by Bullhorn?**

Stability Issues: There are recurring complaints about the system "glitching" during high-traffic periods, sometimes forcing teams to revert to manual paper backups for a day while the cloud service stabilizes.

**What problems is Able by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can set up triggers so the system automatically nudges the candidate via SMS or email if a task isn't completed by a certain deadline. This removes the administrative "chasing" from the recruiter's plate, allowing them to handle a higher volume of placements without increasing their stress level

**What do you like best about Able by Bullhorn?**

I like that it is simple to send new hire docs to employees, and then it nicely stores each new hire document in easy-to-retrieve files.

**What do you dislike about Able by Bullhorn?**

It doesn't always easily merge duplicate profiles. We often have the issue of people not being able to continue new hire docs, because they had applied at another one of our franchises, so often I have to reach out to our corporate IT to manually merge profiles so my candidates can continue with their paperwork.

**What problems is Able by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps all of our new hire docs in one place for every candidate, and makes the onboarding accessible and easy for our candidates.

When using Able by Bullhorn, I have immediate access to applications. I am able to see and update any information on candidates profile.

**What do you dislike about Able by Bullhorn?**

One downside is that applications might stay there and not sync to the ATS system.

I like the it has improved it's syncing process with other softwares we currently use.

The simplicity of not only sending and reviewing the documentation, but also addining new documents to our library is amazing. Its not often we have technical issues, but if we ever do they're fixed in a timely manner.

compared to other vendors we've used for documents, Able by Bullhorn is by far the most efficient.

The simplicity of sending all onboarding documents from one place, and being able to review them in real time is amazing.

I like how it makes the onboarding process easier for candidates. They are able to fill their paperwork out right on their phone and their information is automatically generated saving them time when filling it out

I haven't found too much about Able I don't like. It is easy to use and is helpful

It helps make the onboarding process quicker and easier for candidates to fill in their information. Able helps me by having fewer questions during the onboarding process because it is easier and simpler for candidates

**What do you like best about Able by Bullhorn?**

As an "I-9 Champion" in our office, I find it most helpful to have the ability to check for and resolve any incomplete cases, such as pending photo matches, TNCs, unconfirmed data, submission failures, and all other pending I-9 tasks under the I-9/E-Verify tab for all employees and not just one at a time.

**What do you dislike about Able by Bullhorn?**

I have not noticed any downsides of Able by Bullhorn yet. We've been using it for a few years now, and I find it very reliable and up-to-date. I also can't think of any improvements that should be made.

**What problems is Able by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able by Bullhorn is resolving and incomplete cases such as pending photo matches, TNCs, unconfirmed data, submission failures, and all other pending I-9 tasks.

**What do you like best about Able by Bullhorn?**

I use ABLE mostly for their onboarding features. Sending out documents electronically for our travelers to sign off on. The ease of assigning these documents is what I like best; it is just a few click and done!

**What do you dislike about Able by Bullhorn?**

The process of "building" the documents into ABLE is a long and manual process. I wasn't expecting to have to build in the forms myself but I guess that's how they save money when it comes to customer support. They have a training class to teach their clients how to build the forms in but, like myself, there isn't enough time in the day to sit and work on something this time consuming.

**What problems is Able by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, ABLEs capability to assign our documents electronically was solving the aged process of our travelers printing them out and scanning the filled out forms. Obviously, there are other solutions, but we felt ABLE had more to offer with their different features such as the automatic E-Verify and capability to upload pictures of documents to the applicant's profile.

**What do you like best about Able by Bullhorn?**

We implemented Able for paperless onboarding right at the beginning of quarantine and the change from faxing/emailing paperwork to Able's paperless onboarding was incredible! It's easy, it's secure, and it was a gamechanger in our entire onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Able by Bullhorn?**

Every so often, we do have a candidate have issues completing the forms on an old web browser or something along those lines but we don't really fault Able for that.

**What problems is Able by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Certainly, with things still being done remove for the most part, online onboarding is a necessity! It's also been handy in running E-Verify and other HR/compliance standards.

Customer support is great and easy to work with.

We do not have the best ATS in place so at times we do not fully utilize the Able platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Able by Bullhorn:**

Test everything and ask a lot of questions during buildout/onboarding to make transition smooth for administrative users.  Had to learn a lot of trouble shooting tips on the fly.

**What problems is Able by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to offer applicants paperless onboarding that was designed to be completed on a phone has completely changed our onboarding speed.

Its integration with Bullhorn ATS, it makes it easier for Recruiters to work in a single platform. Support also is really good.

No Reports available, extremely basic reports.

**Recommendations to others considering Able by Bullhorn:**

If you need comprehensive reports this is not the right software for you.

We had paper-based Onboarding and we had too many challenges trying to have docs signed organized and available so we know that having a paperless Onboarding would be a great benefit in terms of documents organization and also offering a better experience to Applicants and New Hires.

I love how easy it is to create notes, it automatically repopulates the page, and it allows me to view a candidate’s onboarding page from my computer!

I dislike that my company has not been using it longer!

Please take that leap of faith with EmployStream! Their customer service is impeccable and they also offer great updates with the website!

I solve the onboarding completion delay issues with candidates who are not computer saavy and it saves me so much time to do other tasks for the day

Our company did manual I9's before using Employstream. Now it just allow our travel nurses to go in and complete their portion of the I9. We then complete section two. all electronic :)

**What do you dislike about Able by Bullhorn?**

so far so good. I don't dislike it because it's better than having the manual process of completing I9's

**What problems is Able by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems so far. every now and then some of the travelers can't get logged in but I believe it's user error as most of them are able to get in without issue.

**What do you like best about Able by Bullhorn?**

The process of filling out documents and e-signing them is by far the most value this product delivers on.  You map all the documents you need filled out or signed, the software creates a form or forms that only require the candidate to provide the information once, and then an easy point click way to sign the documents.  For our business, the mobile first aspects of it are a big plus as well.

**What do you dislike about Able by Bullhorn?**

The other features don't work as seamlessly.  Credentials requirements are all ad hoc.

Also they don't currently support conditional workflows.  So if someone changes their name, I'd like to automatically prompt a workflow for a name change affidavit.

**What problems is Able by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting compliance requirements for employment out of the way quickly and efficiently to help our team manage larger workloads.

It is easy to use and usually does not have any issues. It also loads quickly even though it stores lots of data.

Adding in paperwork packets is a little time consuming.

We use this to store employee onboarding paperwork.

**What do you like best about Able by Bullhorn?**

I like using EmploySteam  because it is very simple and user friendly. I am able to see what the candidate puts in for their information which allows me to catch any errors they may make. I also like that we can see when they have opened, viewed or completed the paperwork because it gives me a better idea in how far along we are in the on boarding process. 

**What do you dislike about Able by Bullhorn?**

Something I dislike about EmploySteam is that when it sends 1st email to the candidates, it sends them 2 emails verses making it just 1 email. Sometimes the candidate gets confused because they have go to back and forth between the 2 emails for their username/password and then has to log in using the link in the other email.

**Recommendations to others considering Able by Bullhorn:**

I would recommend EmployStream to others. It makes the on boarding process for both the Admin and User very quick and easy. 

**What problems is Able by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business, EmploySteam saves us a lot of time. Using EmploySteam, candidates are able to get their new hire paperwork done online instead of having to come into the office and complete the paperwork. It also gives them the opportunity to go back in and update any new information. A benefits is that we are able to stay more on top of communication with our candidates and all new hire paperwork is completed correctly. It is also helpful that my co workers are able to see all of a candidates paperwork as well.

Employstream integrates with our ATS. It is an easy process and very simple to onboard someone. The steps are basically common sense. 

**What do you dislike about Able by Bullhorn?**

Not much to dislike. The system can do a better job of adding Everify into the workflow.

**What problems is Able by Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding is an essential part of the staffing industry. Problems being solved are problems we probably don’t take notice of or take for granted.

I like being able to have employment documents electronically completed and stored. 

**What do you dislike about Able by Bullhorn?**

Sometimes not all of the data entered during the individual set up (i.e. start date) populates, so we wind up with signed offer letters that don't show things like job title, pay rate and start date. 

**Recommendations to others considering Able by Bullhorn:**

Be patient with having your documents added.

We are able to quickly have new hires complete employment documents, which saves us a lot of time and money.
