I do love the AI customer service when your wanting quick direction to help topics. **What do you dislike about Employment Hero?** There are a few features that belong to the next tier up which we'd like to have. Payroll system is really bad though, we are having weekly issues and the implementation team was not really supportive on Payroll. My team and I are finding it extremly frustrating to be completely honest **What do you dislike about Employment Hero?** Lack of support during implementation for Payroll. There is a LOT of room for improvement on the Payroll site. The team should be better training when transferring data from one system to EH. WE are having a terrible experience with EH Payroll **What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** we didn't have a HR system and EH have sollved this, onboarding is really easy now with EH.. some small changes would be nice but so far, no major complains on HR ### 44.
