There is nothing that dislike about but sometimes if our 2 shifts are approved at the same time and when I try to look at the notifications which shifts have been approved I can see only 1 at a time when I try to open the other one it's says something went wrong try again and see the other shift I have to close the application and open it again then I will be able to see Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's free (I am using the Free Payroll option), it's simple to set up and use. It connects to HMRC and so keeps us compliant.

The only thing we are missing in the Free Payroll option is to be able to auto-calculate annual leave accrued, as we have lots of part-time staff who can work different hours week to week. To combat this, I have created a simple spreadsheet where we can record each member of staff's weekly hours and the spreadsheet will do the running calculations for us, which works just fine but obviously would be simpler if it could all be handled within Employment Hero.

Customisation on managing forms is a little clucky, being able to edit forms and policies after they published, i.e. renaming titles.

It is a little difficult to support employees gaining access to their account when they've been locked out or changed their email, or lost their recovery code.
