After two years we are moving along quite well with the system. Sometimes there are some things that may not go quite the way it was expected, but the EH team helped every step of the way. The chatbot feature can waste time as it continues to source solutions even if I ask to speak directly with a human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm still not fussed on the chat bot. For basic problems it seems to work ok, but it does detract me away from my actual work after directly asking to speak with a human and needing to wait as it continues to sort solutions. I understand the system and if I am contacting, it is usually a case that I need to speak with someone. There are also work arounds online provided by EH, but most of these tutorials are not kept up to date. I enjoy Employment Hero, especially its ease of use. I love how easy to enter my timesheets, and seeing live updates when it’s approved. I also love the offers and deals offered. I use Employment Hero for both HR and Payroll, and I like that it provides real-time changes and updates which are really handy. It's great that our business only needs this one software for all our HR and Payroll needs, eliminating the necessity for other programs. I find it really user-friendly, and I've had fantastic 24/7 support. On payroll day, if there are last-minute changes to employee contracts, they can be immediately applied and flow through to payroll. I also appreciate how seamless the new employee onboarding is, and employees find it easy to use for both HR and Payroll. They make reporting on large team sizes extremely efficient and quick, and I can also look back on things easily. I believe the template section could be improved. The ability for team members to write things, not just sign, would be beneficial. Also, the pay details and profile of the owners of the platform should be made completely invisible to the rest of the team. Certain types of leave only show a running total since the start of employment, rather than keeping track per year. For example, I get 4 hours of study leave to use each year, but I have to do the math to work out how much I have available, as this isn’t broken down for me. That’s quite annoying. Also, for some onboarding things that are optional, I can’t tick them as not applicable and they keep sending me alerts to show they are outstanding.
