For the small company I’m supporting (as a contractor through another company), EH has been very helpful as an HRIS. The specialist we worked with, Diana, has been great in all of our conversations. Payroll has run very smoothly, and support has been wonderful, whether through email, the AI option, or the community guides. The AI option for help is very quick. The price for the system was perfect for the client, it integrated well with their accounting system, and so far, employees have had an easy time using it. The system has performed as we have hoped! The notification emails and alerts do not look very appealing, and some staff members mistakenly think they are spam, which can lead to important messages being overlooked.
