I was surprised for example how limited custom reporting is, I worked on many HR systems before and none of them (maybe apart of BreatheHR) was so restrictive. To combat this, I have created a simple spreadsheet where we can record each member of staff's weekly hours and the spreadsheet will do the running calculations for us, which works just fine but obviously would be simpler if it could all be handled within Employment Hero. This means you will be asking a Chat bot for advice and nearly always asking to talk to a person. There is no way to report actual Clock In and Out Times. This is a COMPLIANCE issue. There is no way to bulk add Meal Breaks in timesheets.
