Other wise as a performance general tool it is good. Setting up the payroll is challenging when you're a non-payroll expert due to not being to call someone to assist straight away. At the start having only the chat function is cumbersome and caused details in preparing payruns. A few months of using the platform, the chat is OK. **What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payroll is streamlined. It integrates smoothly with other programs we use, like Xero, and also offers the option to connect with job boards for recruitment purposes. The app makes onboarding seamless, and as I mentioned, the overall experience is very user-friendly. **What do you dislike about Employment Hero?** There are a few drawbacks to using Employment Hero. For example, when a document like an Employment Letter of Offer is sent out for signing, the employee can only complete the process by logging in to the website or app. If the employee has trouble accessing their account and asks for the letter to be emailed or printed for signing instead, there is no option to edit or update the original letter. As a result, the system continues to prompt the employee that there is a document pending, which can be frustrating. To get around this, we need to delete the original document issued to stop the prompting and then upload the signed copy. This is not an ideal solution. The second issue is not having a direct way to contact support staff. We need to lodge a ticket and wait for an email response or talk to a chat bot. The chat bot can connect you with a real person but you can only use the chat to talk to them. You cannot have an actual conversation with anyone which is dissapointing. **What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** The onboarding process is a major advantage, along with the HR Analytics features and workforce management capabilities. ### 14. I have a great Account Manager, Laura Knight, who has been supportive and provides great guidance when needed. **What do you dislike about Employment Hero?** Keeping up with the pace of change, all very positive, but it can be challenging to build new content. **What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have now fully integrated all platforms and also utilised third party content, Go1 and EAP which have added great value to our processes. It's annoying to have to search in my profile for simple tasks like updating bank details when they should be on the front screen, rather than ads for gift cards. Also, it suggests other jobs employees might be suitable for, which feels sneaky since the employer is paying for the system. Performance reviews are a hassle because they can't be managed by admins and seniors, so we have to use a different system outside of Employment Hero.
