As a communicator, I have really valued the help I've received from the Employee Referrals team to create impactful emails for our internal audience. My questions are always answered quickly and Kendall is always willing to take the time to jump on a call to explain something or help us build a new email campaign. We thought some of the email templates out the box were a little cookie cutter, but being able to create email templates from scratch, and with our own design and branding elements, has allowed us to get the look and feel we want in our email campaigns. The biggest solution for me as a communications specialist was being able to utilize the Employee Referrals tool as a vehicle for getting the word out on an employee campaign we started last year. Because the campaign is meant to make employees feel good about the company they work for, it made sense to pair it with our Employee Referrals emails. I like how employees can sharea job posting with their network, family, and friends quickly. I also really like the QR code that is linked to each employee. Our company systems are very complex, and sometimes referrals and our ATS systems don't capture the correct information, so we need to do manual processes to reconcile. Our account managers do a great job helping us sort the information and provide quick and easy solutions when there are any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The problem it has solved is giving our employees a site to easily communicate to HR and recruiters of high-potential employees that would be great fits for the company. The employee is now rewarding for the referral, and we can easily track the referrals. Another issue that was solved is that recruiting times have decreased with this system in place. I like that Employeereferral.com's website is very user-friendly and not complicated to use. You can easily see the open jobs and their corresponding rewards. I believe there are many improvements that can be made to the portal such as the interface, filtering options, and timely updates. We are in APAC and we always encounter delays in the updates. The customer service team was always available to answer any questions, super friendly and helpful. The team presented out to various groups within our organization whenever asked! Not through any fault of ERP.com but the reporting from our ATS was not compatible with their system so it meant some manual work on our end. It was easy to sign in and get started on a referral. The system sends an email and/or text to the person you refer and it's pretty simple for them to apply. I had to sign in using my work email and employee ID, which is kind of tedious. They are so good at helping us to run targeted campaigns to our workforce. We could never get these promotions out to my workforce as fast without them. Then it is so powerful to have analytics to track an ROI on the promotions that we are running. This allows us to run a data-driven referral program. Our employees don't need to download a mobile app because they don't want to...they would rather use the simple mobile-site to make referrals and arrive there with one click.
