You can easily see the open jobs and their corresponding rewards. **What do you dislike about EmployeeReferrals.com?** I believe there are many improvements that can be made to the portal such as the interface, filtering options, and timely updates. We are in APAC and we always encounter delays in the updates. One more thing is the sync of closing a job since right now we are doing it manually. **What problems is EmployeeReferrals.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employeereferrals.com definitely helped us manage our referrals and track who needs to be given rewards. Monthly updates and reports from our Account Managers are very helpful too since they act as out auditors. ### 2. Multiple ways for employees to earn money by sending referrals. **What do you dislike about EmployeeReferrals.com?** I don't know if this is unique to our set-up, but it is a lengthy process to reconcile referrals each month **What problems is EmployeeReferrals.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Continuous outreach, automation, pre-created templates all solve for slower, clunky outreach to referrals.
