Having Ease has helped with alleviating paper by 99%. Also, employees can sign up for benefits via phone or computer. They have Ease handy at all times of the day, and I can send out reminders in mass or individually. Ease can also personalize your forms into the system, which is nice. There is no downfall to using Ease. We wanted to go paperless, and Ease has let us do this. There are a few things that I would change.
