Having to create these forms manually over the past few years I can really appreciate this resource. I was able to process a group of 400 forms in a day! I like the 20-minute broker meetings, Video tools as I am an audio learner. **What do you dislike about Ease?** The hold time and the billing department has yet to get back to me on two questioned asked over two weeks ago. My client needs to understand billing. I can not explain to him if i do not understand them myself. For example, some of my clients don't integrate the payroll, but I just use Ease for employee benefits. These "a la carte" services make it much more flexible for my clients' needs. For the price, you can't beat the ease of Ease. **What do you dislike about Ease?** A global rates paste function would be convenient. Having to enter the rates into each plan can be time consuming, but that's what cut and paste is for... Still, any way to streamline my workflow is always a boon, and a global paste function would make a difference. Honestly, there's not much to dislike! I find it very intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering Ease:** Get the software. It's well worth the investment for the time you will save, and your business will increase because your clients will love the interface and be impressed by the fluidity and simplicity. **What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?** Incomplete information on employee applications is now a nonissue. That's a big time saver because people often don't fill out the forms correctly. I've spoken to many brokers, and incorrect application completion is one of the biggest pet peeves. Since an employee can't advance without completing every field, I never have to take the time to go back and ask for more information. So useful! Also, the auto fill features save me a ton of time. I don't have to squint to try and decipher what someone's scrawling handwriting says. ### 28. It's very easy to manage employees' profiles, see their benefits selections, and costs. Enrollment through the platform is simple and easy for employees. We use a feed from Paylocity that automatically enters in information and is super helpful! **What do you dislike about Ease?** I've used Employee Navigator in the past, which worked a little better for making benefits selections on behalf of employees. I took me a while to figure out how to edit enrollments (for life events, moving states to new plans, etc) but I used the knowledge base and eventually figured it out. **What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease makes benefits enrollment and plans management easy. It's a great place to house plan-related docs and information. It has a super easy enrollment system for new hires and open enrollment. ### 35. The platform is also incredibly useful for storing employee information and records which I can revisit easily and navigate to any time. **What do you dislike about Ease?** I don't think there is anything specific that I dislike. It would be nice to be able to build additional fields in the employee input page, but it's certainly not an issue. **What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onboarding has become so straightforward. It is not hard to find something, even if you have never had to do it before. **What do you dislike about Ease?** There seem to be some mishaps with connections in Ease. They do not always transfer over exactly. While it is convenient that I do not have to manually enter all information, I still have to verify and make changes if necessary. **What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can process enrollment changes for our groups instantly. It creates a one-stop communication platform for every level of processing. The employee can view their account and the employer and group specialist can view and make changes. ### 46.
