We used to source candidates within our ATS but it was time-consuming and inefficient. Employa perfectly integrates with our ATS and solves the problem with a long sourcing process. The best thing about Employa is its sourcing features that identify qualified candidates and rank them in a matter of seconds. We used to source candidates through our ATS manually, dedicating too much time and energy to a task that could be automated. It's easy to miss a great talent among thousands of resumes, but Employa ensures you consider every candidate in your talent pool for a specific role. Employa was our first venture into the ATS, and we are glad we decided to look for better recruitment solutions. We've never thought hiring could be that easy. Employa has basically done all the work for us, from searching for applicants to organizing onboarding. The software is efficient and cost-saving.
