Emploist is a simple applicant tracking system for small teams. Publish a job to your own careers page, collect applications, and let AI rank every applicant against your job description, so you spend less time sorting and more time talking to the people who fit. Each application gets a match score with a readable breakdown of skills, experience, seniority fit, and qualifications. Answers to your application questions count too, and every applicant for a job is scored the same way. The score guides your review and doesn't replace it. What you get: • A fast careers page with your logo and color, on an Emploist subdomain or your own domain, with fully editable HTML, CSS, and Liquid templates • Custom application forms for each job, and hiring stages you can rename and reorder • Automatic candidate emails at each stage, in your own template, with undo • Comments and @mentions so your team can decide together • Unlimited jobs, spreadsheet export with resumes, and sign-in with Google, Microsoft, or a one-time code • Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client to find top matches, move applicants, and create jobs just by asking One plan: $29 a month or $290 a year. It includes 1,000 AI credits a month, unlimited jobs, and your whole team, with no per-seat fees. Start with a 14-day free trial.
