I like that you can gather all your social media and content in one place and also post directly to all or one social media the content, as well as you can review every stat from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I find difficult is that by the way our social media is linked to the platform we aren´t able to see the stats of paid posts made only organic post are able to give the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the 'community' tab very benefical for keeping up to date of not only social inboxes but what people are saying on their public profiles about the company. What I dislike the most is the ability to integrate platforms. From our side the person who set up the company's instagram account has left the business so we have yet to be able to set up that channel on our page. However, I must say when we wished to add our LinkedIn page the emplifi team were able to quickkly set it up ad all previous posts were also visible on the page. It's a complete plataform and thats makes de difference. I really appreciate how easy is responding social interacions, create and organize tags and take insighsts. Emplifi is always improving tools to turns it into a complete plataform

Emplifi has a nice user interface, the implementation is easy with real fast social channel integrations, and a great customer service, with quick replies and extensive documentation, including a Learning through on-demand trainings, how-to videos, guides and certifications. I love being able to store, schedule and then report on social media content. Its an intuitive platform with regularly updated features that are useful for a wide array of social media marketing roles - from creative to community management. The thing I like the most is that some of the analysis it offers -such as comment sentiment, UGC volume, profile comparison- gives you a very interesting perspective to add qualitative insights, beyond the pure data.
In addition, it is a very intuitive tool, that anyone in the team can use it even if they are not part of the analytics or data team.

Some of the tools that I consider fantastic are the creation of reports, which are automatic and easy to create, the AI implementation to improve copies, and the Inspiration asset where I can review and get inspired by what other companies are doing.
Customer support chat is also an incredible tool and a fantastic feature to get a follow-up instantly. I'm happy to say that I don't often use this asset, as the platform usually works great.

Emplifi is amazing for scheduling posts ahead of time, as well as viewing a range of analytics for each platform as needed. Any social media manager should use! The customer support was super quick and thorough, and the support person I had was so friendly. My team uses this often, almost every day.
