Empleado IA is a WhatsApp assistant for small businesses that work by appointment, such as dental and medical clinics, veterinary practices, beauty salons and car garages. It answers every incoming WhatsApp message, replies to the usual questions about services, prices, opening hours and location, proposes available slots and books the appointment. Before each visit it sends an automatic reminder, and customers can reschedule or cancel from the same chat. When a conversation needs a person, the assistant hands it over and notifies the team. The assistant is configured with the company's own information: services, staff, opening hours and tone of voice. Zyneronix handles the installation, the connection to the business WhatsApp number and the ongoing support, so no technical work is needed on the customer side.
