**What do you like best about Empathy.co?**

I like how quickly it integrates and how easy it is to start using it.

**What do you dislike about Empathy.co?**

I miss better tracking, more customization options, and the ability to refine certain aspects of the search engine to better suit the ecommerce model.

**What problems is Empathy.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to rely on a reliable search engine in a very short time, which was very useful to me.
