The Empath skills intelligence platform enables you to empower your people and improve business outcomes by quickly and cost-efficiently inferring your company's skills. The Empath solution is flexible, integration/content agnostic and leverages the information/data/technology that exists within your company versus scraping resumes and matching key words. Our patented AI/ML technology makes it easy for your company to take your up-skilling/re-skilling initiatives to the next level and spark inspiring conversations. We support traditional talent management initiatives like internal mobility, career-pathing (linear & zig-zag), succession planning and personalized development/learning as well as new world of work endeavors like hybrid-work environments, remote team building, project management, gigs/opportunity's, IT/application adoption and culture based initiatives like DE&I, philanthropy and sustainability. The possibilities are limitless!
