Ease of use and how easy it was to add custom pages, policy notices and sign off. The electronic i-9 and e-verify with support for remote hires is a big plus. We also like the integration to our payroll provider ADP so we do not have to re-key information and the remote hire options. The onboarding portal is a great addition to making our new hires understand our culture and tasks to complete during this pandemic.
