What do you like best about EMP Trust HR?

The tool's administrative backend can be confusing and slow and has taken some time to learn to navigate. However, it has increased in user-friendliness as time has gone on, so I know EMP Trust is working continuously to improve this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our onboarding process was manual and conducted through email, DocuSign, and spreadsheets. EMP Trust has allowed us to centralize the onboarding steps in one system, allowing new hires to have a more intuitive experience while also helping our HR team to track and manage the steps of the process easily. We are transitioning as much of our HR processes as possible. From onboarding to offboarding and everything in-between. There are some definite automation functionalities that have been most helpful.
