Our HR Admins are very frustrated with EMPTrust's backend user interface. The navigation of the backend is not intuitive, and behavior is inconsistent. It is always a guessing game of how to find a feature to edit. It feels like different teams or programmers created different sections of the backend UI and then it was all hobbled together, with some parts looking and behaving differently than others.
