The whole company has been very supportive from day one when working with us at Technische Universität Dresden — starting from the first conversations about how we can come together up to the final solution. The web interface is excellent. Everything is structured in a transparent manner (also easy to use). The best part for us is the very proactive, smart and fast support. They are always there, easy to get on the phone (or web conferences). Sim's management portal is not only excellent and easy to use, but it also provides a great diagnosing tool to check connectivity issues. In the GPS tracking business, is pretty usual network connectivity issues caused by different carriers or excess data consumption. There are situations where you might have no control at all and depend on unreliable and slow carrier customer service. Emnify allowed me to diagnose and fix it fast and reliably by myself, even forcing the connection of CPE's to a different carrier if needed. Combined with the proper tracker device, I really and noticeably improved per-device uptime.
