It has helped us a lot to identify active and inactive SIMs, coverage in some areas, and to tackle various communication problems throughout our country. **What do you dislike about emnify?** I believe it would be very positive for them to advance in terms of reportability and the creation of dashboards to improve the metrics that can be extracted from the site. Today, they mostly rely on pivot tables. **What problems is emnify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems of coverage and cellular connectivity in different areas of the country ### 2. The only thing that could be improved is to create guides for platform updates, because when it updates, I have to relearn how to use the platform. A simple guide would help. **What problems is emnify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have not had any problems ### 3. The SIMs are inv moving vehicles, and the network coverage was perfect in all the countries in Europe. They also offer an SMS command console, connectivity/network details, and the ability to lock the SIMs - which not all data providers do. **What do you dislike about emnify?** I was initially confused by the "pooled" data vs standard rates. I'd also like the ability to run custom "stats" (data usage) reports instead of just "last week" or "last month" etc. **What problems is emnify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Emnify provides the connectivity for our tracker systems and although we've tried other systems - nothing was easy to use or centralized. ### 8. The entire / register / order sims / configure network process was really easy to follow. Service is very stable and easy to use via the web portal or API. **What do you dislike about emnify?** Initially some settings were hard to find / update from the web portal, but this got changed and is now a lot easier. **What problems is emnify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using their service I managed to get my iot devices connected to my network without thinking about what GSM provider has coverage in a specific area. Their web portal / API made it a lot easier to manage my SIM cards / endpoints. ### 9. Like everyone, cheaper would be better, but as you increase the volume of SIM, it becomes even more economical. So there is nothing I don't like. **What problems is emnify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Depending on the countries you want to reach and the volume of data you want to handle with those SIMs, one type of configuration or another is more convenient for you. From support, they advise and guide me to economize even more, if I'm not doing it right. ### 10. Personally in my society ( CWF ) we have stores in lots of country and we use those sims every time. It never disappoints me. Plus, the support is really good, appropriate, understandable and fast ! I really do recommend EMnify ! **What do you dislike about emnify?** Objectively we can't dislike emnify. They are the easiest way for society to go worldwide with their data. So is not a real problem. **Recommendations to others considering emnify:** Just check first the local companies EMnify works with, and make sure they are available where you want to use your devices. **What problems is emnify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connectivity of Agroclimatical devices, the main benefit is the control that I have over the SIMs and the plus of just pay for the consumed data. ### 14.
