Automated day to day tasks like reminders, appointments, review requests, scheduling tasks, follow ups from clients or customers. No need to manage things separately all under one roof. There are a lot of things that requires fix, like sometimes the font doen't display in proper formatting, during call sometime there is lag which causes inconvience to our clients, sometimes reminder doesn't pop up on time.
