**What do you like best about eMill?**

eMill provides a cumbersome range of features and is not straightforward to get started with. It took me some time to familiarize myself with the user interface. The system does not cater to my requirements. I have encountered many issues.

**What do you dislike about eMill?**

Compared to cloud systems eMill has limited functionality and lacks features for email campaigns. Emails still end up in spam or bounce without notifications. Managing CSV files for campaigns requires handling.

**What problems is eMill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The connectivity options with databases are also limited for work purposes. Furthermore the simplistic architecture does not fully meet the needs of users. eMill is unable to solve the problem of running email marketing campaigns., Their services have obstructed our business by preventing us from reaching an audience and decreasing customer engagement.
