It is not intuitive or user friendly. I needed to be trained on the tool, but in a pinch, you shouldn't need to be. Content is not easily loadable, and you don't get a URL to load content into HTML coded emails. Contacts are also not intuitive and you can't upload them quickly or clearly. We use Emfluence primarily for a newsletter and are very pleased with the results. It is much more user friendly than other programs I have used and makes a nice looking newsletter.
