I like the ability to manage email campaigns and social media all in one place. I also like that emfluence is constantly adding new features and improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The emfluence reporting features are very basic (you can expert a csv, but that's about it). We would love the ability to export the data as graphs and visuals and compare email campaigns year to year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are working on solving deliverability issues that we weren't aware of until we started using Emfluence. Emfluence has been quick to offer support along the way as well. The benefits of using this platform are having a support team at our disposal as well as the ability to run a preflight test on each and every individual email campaign. I love how easy it is to navigate and use. We use the survey tool frequently and love its functionality. Emails look so much more polished and professional when you send them via emfluence. Sometimes i'm unaware of the newest features, and templates can be difficult to build. Also, there are times when the formatting gets wonky and you have to just take all the copy out and reformat it. That can get annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about emfluence Marketing Platform?

I like how it stores emails, contact lists, allows me to see who opened my emails. I really like how easy to store different content blocks and email signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about emfluence Marketing Platform?

Constantly freezes and crashes. Half of the time I try to rewrite text or change which content block I'm working in, and it crashes and I have to completely restart. I want to be able to move images or content blocks easier, constantly have to mess with the HTML, which is a time hassle and should be more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
