What do you like best about Emercury?

I like how Emercury helps us save a lot of time by allowing us to just click a send button, so we can focus on something else. I find the automation features really useful for post-test drives and email promotions. The automation also allows us to reply to buyers and other clients even when we're not available or at work, which is a big plus. The initial setup was great, easy, and is still going well. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t make me want to throw my laptop across the room (which, let’s be honest, is rare in the world of marketing tools). Creating email templates is actually fun — which is not a word I throw around lightly when it comes to email platforms. The drag-and-drop builder is refreshingly simple without sacrificing flexibility. What problems is Emercury solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Emercury in support of communicators across the university who are hoping to send to curated lists. Some of these lists include old email addresses so it is important that we remove any undeliverable contacts before we execute any mass sends. Recently, I pushed a list of 900 recipients through Emercury and found more than 30% were undeliverable. The Emercury platform is easy to use and very transparent in regards to what is happening now. Mailing success, or failures, are easy to spot, see and investigate.
