They're not always aligned with HUMAN on a lot of things. Especially in the beginning I had to do a lot of back and forth between the 2 companies to sort things out on budget and stipend policies.
At some point I was asked to log my PTO requests with them first and they would update HUMAN, which I found odd, but also they never updated, so I just stopped doing it altogether. We're disappointed to learn that you are not completely satisfied with the service. We apologies that in the beginning there was a misalignment. We value our relationship with Human Security as they are one of our top users for Employer of Record, and we are recognised as their preferred expansion partner.
We appreciate your feedback on the PTO request process, at that time we did not have a Platform as we were a EOR service provider, and not a self-service platform provider like some of our competitors- which Human Security preferred. However, we have recently developed a Cloud Platform to assist us in our EOR offering, allowing us to offer a hybrid approach. We currently have integrations with BambooHR and Expensify.
We take your feedback onboard and will use it to inform our future developments.
