Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to. Whenever I needed anything it was easy to contact them (other than the time zone difference) and they were always happy to help me with my problem. The onboarding proccess took a little longer than expected and it was very confusing however the team at Emerald Technology helped me through every step of the way.

About 6 months into using the system my phone stopped receiving text messages for my code which was an inconvenience however the team got the code swtiched to my email.
