Emerald didn't give me any chance to to like something as "best". I saw them once on kick-off, and then they vanished in background shadow as they are never were here. Maybe Emerald to be more involved into employees life? Or at lest to provide clear and straightforward explanation what one could wait from them, and what is never to be expected?

Customer support is represented by two persons: one is really helpful, but extremely busy, so could miss to answer a question for days or weeks (in fact that is not the big issue, a phone call solves the case). Another person is answering on email, and is just "an interface" a forwarder of request without proper knowledge; above of that is also not very quick providing the feedbacks and keep tracking touch to avoid thoughts "hmm, looks they really don't care...". Employee contract preparation took around 3 months from the first version we get till we finally have a proper version. First version of contract contained many not aligned parts which was surprise for us and also many parts of the contract was not aligned with Hungarian Labour Law. It was a surprise that even legally the document was not ok and we as employees have to reflect it that that many parts are against the local law. Also in some cases the Hungarian and English parts were not aligned, they contained different wording, so the translations were bad quality.
