What do you like best about Emburse Nexonia?

Customer service has been great. and credit cards have become easier for all of our organization. The customization has been great as well. What do you like best about Emburse Nexonia?

The best part is how easy it is for the end user. For users who do not live in the world of numbers, this makes it easy for them to save receipts, do their GL coding, and get their expenses turned in quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Nexonia?

Nexonia is an amazing resource that we use for tracking and managing big finances within out world. One of our many favorite features in Nexonia is the incredibly easy to use access to credit card transactions by way of linking your cards to your account. When your cards are link, Nexonia will save transactions for you to revisit later and upload receipts to be stores and organized for the books. Another amazing and easy to use feature we love is the self explanatory uploading process for receipts and inputting information linked to transactions, reimbursements, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Nexonia?

One of the few downsides to using and workin with Nexonia is its lack of instruction and assistance built into the site it self. Much of the Nexonia program and it's website is very self explanatory and is very easy to use. But, with that being said, there are many times where steps which may seem "incredible simple" are still new and foreign to new users and therefore require explanation. I would love to see simple steps explained for readily within the site. Such as; "here is how to find the credit card transactions; first begin by selecting _____." We use Nexonia by Emburse to work magic on our finances! Whether that is to log, keep track off, organize, clean up, hold accountable, and so much more. What do you like best about Emburse Nexonia?

It is easier to request a virtual corporate card, easy to control budgets with report access and the spending of each department and so much more. Rarely have any issues like accessing or the program goes down. They have an awesome team at Nexonia for technical questions or support. Contact time back after a ticket is placed is extremely fast. So there really isn’t any issues I see. We had a prior issue with a credit card company we use and they the credit card company sent over bad files and Nexonia worked with them to get it resolved. Recommendations to others considering Emburse Nexonia:

I highly recommend using Nexonia for employee expense reconciliation and reimbursement expense requests. In addition, Nexonia can be used to allow outside vendors like consultants to quickly and easily submit expense reimbursement requests. Nexonia implementation was simple, and the system syncs seamlessly with our accounting software (Sage Intacct and Bill.com). Troubleshooting is easy, and your Nexonia POC can assist with any issues. What problems is Emburse Nexonia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We utilize Nexonia to allow employees to submit expense reports and reconcile company credit cards, and allow specific educational providers to submit invoices to our organization. We are smaller in size, and the customization options and default settings that we can utilize with Nexonia make the system a perfect solution for us - our employees and instructors are able to create expense reports, that are mostly pre-coded with the proper default values, with ease. What do you like best about Emburse Nexonia?

The system is very easy to use and easily adopted by the end users. From an accounting standpoint, I really like the integration into our accounting system. It makes the credit card expense reporting process a whole lot more efficient.

We have Nexonia integrated to Sage Intacct and we are using Nexonia for credit card expense processing. The integration is great because it eliminates the duplicated work of entering the transactions manually. It's a much more efficient process and has given our team the flexibility to spend more time reviewing instead of re-entering the information into the accounting system. Employees need to submit expenses around the globe in an easy, online way. Nexonia is easy to use, intuitive ,and works well on mobile.
