There are a few things that we don't like about Nexonia. First, it doesn't integrate well with Intacct, our accounting platform. This makes it difficult to keep track of expenses and reconcile them with our other financial data. Second, we've had trouble finding one that imports transactions reliably. I wouldn't say I like Emburse Nexonia Performance because the system can feel slow when processing high-volume job/project transactions. While support is quick to respond, turnaround on fixes can be inconsistent. The proactive and follow-up status communication could be improved after a request has been submitted.
