Support is non existent. They clearly stopped investing in any features. I cant do something as simple as a period cutoff. I have to go in unlock a closed period then sync, then go change dates. Cant edit transaction dates. Well maybe you can but no one seems to know the product anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UPDATE: Regretting trying it again. Definitely large corporate culture now. Bought the expense reporting and the corporate cards. Due to underwriting delay, they kicked me out after expense reporting was setup. I requested multiple times not to do that. Support just sends self help articles. This probably would take less than an hour time to have someone reach out and help me finish the setup. Definitely will never use them again.

Deep intergration with NetSuite for the expenses. Highly customizable. Wish the old CEO, Neil, was there. His attitude was if you need something customize we will do it for you and not charge you if you let us use your idea. I had never seen a vendor treat their customers that way. That has changed since the company was sold. Far less likely to do custom request, even if they needed to charge you for it.

Mobile app works great and is very user friendly.

AP module is really lacking. Does not have the flexibility that the expense reporting or timesheet modules do.
