What do you like best about Emburse Invoice Enterprise?

I really love that everything we have been able to dream up as a request for this product, their development team has been able to make it a reality. Therefore, we have gotten the benefit of their out-of-the-box development, but with the customization of a product built for my company from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Invoice Enterprise?

Because there has been much customization the in-house training left a lot to be desired. My team had to essentially do all the training ourselves. One other thing that I have been waiting to see improvement on is the help desk. While we do eventually get all of our questions answered and problems fixed, it seems to take many communications back and forth and several days, if not weeks, before they are resolved. I believe much of this frustration could be solved if a single account manager were assigned that were familiar enough to quarterback issues when they arise. This person would then be able to liaise between our Admins and Chrome's Dev team and this would eliminate much of the confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emburse Invoice Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest benefits was allowing my employees in the field to submit, review, and approve invoices all from their phone and in most cases right from embedded scripts in their email, meaning in many cases they never even have to open the app. This has eliminated many of the bottlenecks that used to occur in our expense submission and approval process. Now we also have the audit trail and approval workflow that was sketchy before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
