What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

Many times, transactions are't synced in a timely manner and will appear on my dashboard up to a week or more after the transaction took place. It will then flag it is late/overdue as if I was intentionally not submitting the expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

The software's in-built ability to capture text from the bill attachments including the vendor name, the item description and the cost. Especially the VAT amount, the total amount etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The set up was easy, and making changes has always been easy. Giving our people the choice between an app and the website has been nice, too.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

Super easy to upload receipts. I can upload them to the mobile app as I receive them and when I return to the office I can at the click of a button add all receipts to my expense report. There’s very little to dislike. The only issue I’ve run into was when I tried to upload our company logo and it wasn’t accepted, even though it was the correct file size. That said, customer support were on hand and quickly helped resolve it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

very easy to use, and the ability to upload actual screenshot receipts from my phone gallery vs only being allowed to use the camera on the app to take a new photo was a major upgrade. excellent integration with other apps. a simple expense report can be fully processed start to finish in under five minutes.
