I still don't have anything that I dislike as of yet. This has helped with petty cash reconciliation 100% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using Certify I had to save all of my receipts and try to remember all my expenses. However certify has them available for me to see as soon as it updates. I have the ability to upload my receipts immeadiatley so as soon as the expense shows up in my wallet the receipt is automatically matched to the expense and I can instantly create an expense report to be submitted for reinbursment. I can literally reconcile my expenses as they are made without having to wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature is to upload receipt using app on phone and when ready, it generates expense report with no time. No worries for lost receipt and report is ready in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When system was down and do reimbursement manually. Had bad experience as got paid twice by system. It was system glitch but got fixed and then didn't happen anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
