So far, there is nothing that I dislike about the system. I have used numerous expense systems over my 30 years in IT and this is one of the easiest to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

It is a user-friendly system that does not require any special training. The implementation team did an excellent job. I also appreciate the Emburse Netsuite connector, which allows us to integrate the two systems seamlessly. Their customer support team is excellent, always responds promptly, fix the issue as soon as they could. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

I appreciate the allowance feature, but I found that we were unable to set up two allowances for the same timeframe, even if they serve different purposes. I hope that in the future, it will be possible to create multiple allowances within the same period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Viewing the report before submission, would be helpful if the line entries could individually or collectively be expanded to show the detail of each line, in preference to the existing system where for each line one by one you have to open a pop-up to see the detail for just that one line item Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
