What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

I like the flexibility that Emburse Expense Professional offers. It's really easy for the staff to use, and reconciling payments each month is straightforward. The initial setup was simple because it makes updating changes easier and eliminates the need to run credit checks for staff credit cards, making reimbursements faster. What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

I struggle with understanding the permissions, and I don't like that the only way to contact someone is via email or AI chat. It makes it difficult for urgent matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The receipt and charge automatic pairing function has greatly improved. It saves so much time. Expense report creation can be a drudge but Emburse makes it easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The receipt pairing abilities have improved but they aren’t perfect. I know receipts come in many formats and imagine this is a challenge for the Emburse developers but more improvement in this area would be welcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
