The interface sometimes requires too many clicks for simple tasks like attaching a single receipt and does not activate without wifi =0( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The receipt and charge automatic pairing function has greatly improved. It saves so much time. Expense report creation can be a drudge but Emburse makes it easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

The receipt pairing abilities have improved but they aren’t perfect. I know receipts come in many formats and imagine this is a challenge for the Emburse developers but more improvement in this area would be welcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes if there has been a major detour on the day you've travelled it does not record this route which may be 10 miles longer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

I love how easily the system adds items from my corporate credit card so that I don't have to go through the process myself. The blank expense report system is very easy to flow through and add everything you need to add for reporting your travel, meals, postage, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

I think the only thing I don't like is when receipts don't add to an item right away when you click select, and instead it'll create a whole new item to report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
