What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

It is easy to access and has adequate and efficient safeguards to maintain my security. It’s simple to use, the OCR is awesome. It is user friendly even to an older more technology challenged individual such as myself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

Before the update, it gave 2 categories, 1 for receipts and a separate for expenses. I actually prefer that version more. If possible maybe offer that option along with the other Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the Ai that was added to recognize and fill the receipt with the right expense category and price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wisht international Transaction Fees would be recognized and linked directly to the correct expense, so expense report doesn't require another receipt for these minimum transaction fees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that if you mess up you have to delete your expense report before you can take something off. Also I don't like that if I duplicate a receipt the system doesn't merge them automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the flexibility that Emburse Expense Professional offers. It's really easy for the staff to use, and reconciling payments each month is straightforward. The initial setup was simple because it makes updating changes easier and eliminates the need to run credit checks for staff credit cards, making reimbursements faster.
