However certify has them available for me to see as soon as it updates. All I have to do is open it and check to make sure everything is there and hit submit. We don't have a typical approval process and Certify was the only company who said they could help us - AND THEY DID! Our employees also love the ability to take pictures using the app so there is no need to risk losing receipts! **What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?** My only issue with Emburse Certify is billing. It is near impossible to get a hold of a billing specialist, and when you do, you don't get the same person twice. I've needed help for almost a full year now - and I have been trying to PAY the bills. But every time I respone to an email it just goes to a "pool" and it's never the same person answering. I've had to re-explain things more times than I'd like to count. It also doesn't show the amount of money that you will be getting once you put the mileage in. I have worked with many other systems that were much user friendly and you did not have to take a picture of the map used. Routes are always changing due to traffic so it is hard to just look on line and pick the least amount of miles for that route just to be able to fill all the spaces in the system.
