It's a really powerful tool that can make uploading a 2-week trip worth of receipts and expenses pretty simple. Through its decentralized application, I can upload and submit expenses from anywhere with an internet connection, which is pretty nice. **What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?** The User Interface of Certify makes life a little difficult. Navigation of the tool SEEMS intuitive, but, the truth is that when you (or, I, at least) follow my navigational instincts, I will make huge mistakes. Having a mobile option to enter information is super useful and really the only way I use it.. Autofill with receipts is convenient. Sometimes when a sync fails it creates duplicate entries that I have to manually delete. 2. There isn't an option for you to save and add another leg of a trip unless you start from work which is really annoying because I regularly start from home on travel that is not round trip. **Recommendations to others considering Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense):** Use with a stable connection so your items sync properly. Certify should consider implementing a notification to complete a mileage entry when you've started or finished a trip. The system also is slow when uploading receipts. There seem to be glitches with the receipts. This happens randomly and eventually the receipts upload but it's slow. Also, on Fridays if I am trying to code certify seems to crash more often and run slow.
