Nothing now. When I first started using it, I could not figure it out. Seemed like it took me an hour. today, 15 minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use, it calculates the mileage for me when I enter addresses, so that I don't have to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be very useful to be able to open 2 windows at once. It's confusing for many users when icons are the same. Fees from Egencia are imported with no way to find what they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, it's a pretty good system. I think my complaint might be a company policy from Dart; I don't like the 30 day limit where I have to offer an explanation like a naughty child when I am outside that reporting window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s relatively easy to set up and use, with a straightforward UX/UI that keeps things simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?

Lack of AI capabilities, poor / absent support, constant billing issues. If you encounter problems, you're pretty much on your own. For the 2+ years we were on the platform, there were little to no product enhancement / new product capabilities roll out.

Also need an external system to retrieve exports for items in Chrome River. Limited flexibility to customize reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to upload my receipts to the Enburse expense report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?

It seems like the people who are processing the report can't see or access the receipts that I am attaching. I always have to submit them through the Shared Service Center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
