Sometimes the system becomes slow while opening or reviewing expense reports, especially during approvals. There are occasional loading delays which affect the experience. What I like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise is that its service is electronic over physical paper. So it's possible to take photos of receipts and upload them to a main folder and then search with the AI feature to find the date of the upload and get it attached to the correct expense report. Being able to create groups of individual members on my team is also helpful, although a new group has to be created to adjust people, if I haven't been left behind on that update. I dislike that it's still complex and time consuming to use. Way too many clicks to get to where I need to be. Learning how to use it is a curve that's not intuitive, which gets annoying when it's a process to relearn how to use it each month or every other month of assisting my boss in compiling his expense report.
