I like how they have updated the main page to make it even more simple to navigate. The site continues to get expense refunds back quickly. They also made customer service easier to contact and they have continued to help me. I was recently locked out of my account and they got back to me almost instantly and fixed the problem. While it is still very easy to use and organized, some of the more complicated receipts are hard to input. Also, there have been a few times the website has crashed while I am in the middle of implementing a reimbursement, and my progress was not recovered an dI had to start again. I like how Emburse Expense Enterprise keeps a nice record of everything related to my expenses. It's super easy to use, especially with so many easy categories to allocate expenses to. For transportation, there's flight, ground transportation, mileage, etc., and if I use Uber or Lyft, the receipt automatically uploads to my Emburse account. Plus, I can easily take a picture of receipts with the app on my phone and upload them. I've had a couple of instances where I can't find the receipt to allocate to my expense. For example, I upload the receipt and I incorrectly selected a different receipt, but when I go back to find the correct one, I can't find it. One of my responsibilities is reviewing receipts and per diem claims for business trips. A recurring challenge is that employees sometimes submit expense reports without properly scanning or attaching supporting receipts, making them difficult to review. Although handled on an organization-by-organization basis, the categorization options can often seem to roll over each other and without clear examples or documented rules for each category, selecting the right one can cause a negative experience. The automation. Prior to Emburse Expense (formerly Chrome River) our T&E process was very manual - Emburse brought our T&E process into the 21st century, allowing the process to become highly automated, thereby reducing pain points and making it easy to use. Customer Support has been great - they have been attentive to any issues we've encountered, and our initial implementation process was thorough and relatively painless. Unhappy with the system stability. I am an Admin for our portal but once or twice a year my access to Emburse Analytics is removed.
