We also love how easy it is to be an administrator with Expense. We have full control over configuration of everything - from UDAs, Workflow, Submit Compliance, and Export configurations. **What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?** This isn't so much about Expense, but about the Emburse platform as a whole. We love the backend configurability for the Pre-Approval and Expense modules, but we wish we had the same functionality/ability for PO and Invoice. For PO/Invoice, we still have to submit tickets to Emburse for them to do the configuration on the backend. While they are quick/efficient to respond, it would still be nice to own that process on our side like we do with Pre-Approval and Expense. **What problems is Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize Chrome River for PO and Invoice processing, so including Expense managment (both Pre-Approval and Expense modules) has simplified our end-user experience by having everything in one palce for our staff to handle their financial responsibilities. We previously used an open source software that did not have an integrated app. Many of our users are out in the field in meetings and on the go, and the Emburse app and e-Wallet makes it easier for them to take a picture of the receipt in the moment (forget about lost or misplaced receipts!) The auto-matching feature for credit card transactions with receipt images and OCR receipt capture saves time manually keying in fields. As an administrator, it is so much easier to review expense reports, to view receipt images, edit fields and move reports to completion and payment within only a few days! The Emburse Enterprise app is an improvement over the CR Snap app. Easy to train users on. Implementation was throrough, but took about 4 months longer than was advertised. It functions, but not in the most user-friendly way. Cost of customizations is a downside. The only option to have a feature or change made without having to pay for a customization is to propose it in a "Solution Suggestion" site which is buried a little bit in the admin/help desk page and depends on other admins to navigate to, scroll all the way through to see if they want to vote for solutions. Not a bad idea in theory, but the execution means new ideas are at the bottom of a list and not likely to be voted on.
