Desk is artist management and booking software that streamlines workflows from client inquiries to payment tracking within a branded interface. It automates inquiry management by integrating with website booking forms, capturing requests, and building a contact database. Quotes are generated via a rate card system, offering clients private links to view fees, coverage details, and booking options. Contracts are created and signed online. Invoices include automatic numbering, payment links, and tracking of outstanding amounts. Contacts are deduplicated, with communication timelines maintained for each entry. Features include a newsletter tool with consent tracking, a merchandise shop for managing products, and a "Needs a Nudge" function to flag pending tasks like unanswered inquiries or overdue invoices. Role-based access control ensures secure team collaboration, while white-label customization allows custom branding on all client-facing documents and communications.
