Then, on the back end, we have the ability to do all sorts of customizations, either with their wide range of default features and displays, or to use CSS to fully customize the display to our exaxct requirements. Aside from the product itself, the team at EmbedSocial is extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful. Any time we have an issue or need help with something, a staffperson replies immediately and either resolves the issue or sends it on to their dev team, who actually works on it and sends back fixes. And when we have requests for features that are outside of their standard ones, they're sometimes able to accommodate us and build those into the product. Would highly recommend EmbedReviews to anyone who's looking for a flexible and and extremely customizable reviews platform. **What do you dislike about EmbedReviews?** They somewhat recently built out a new version of their product and we had a fair deal of issues with glitches and standard features not working for the first few months. Their team was super responsive about these though, and worked to fix everything pretty quickly. From an automatically updated Facebook Gallery showing Wedding pictures, to Google Review widgets and Facebook feed widgets. The best part is that they automatically update, so all you have to do is set it up and forget about it. EmbedSocial does the magic. We use the Review widgets to show transparency for our customers and it helps create a trusted intercation between us and future customers. The Facebook and Instagram widgets help us provide more content on our website, without having to hardcode the images in the website. We upload to Facebook/Instagram, and it updates on the website. The EmbedSocial interface is very user friendly, especially after their recent enhancement to the platform. Maybe a lifetime pricing option since it is a widget?
