Antonia was my support person on an issue I was having and she was AMAZING. I use alot of online tools and she stuck with me the entire time and followed up to make sure everything was good. She is very responsive, very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and overall the best customer service person I've had.

Great intuitive interface - our team had no difficulties figuring out how everything worked, without online training or whatsoever. Great support - I was in touch with a support manager Alex throughout the implementation, to understand how to better use the tool for our purpose. He was always helpful and quick to reply.
